Bioinformatics & Biostatistic Working Group is a cross-lab, campus-wide organization of informatics professionals. Our mission is to share the experience and get involved in collaborative research for the overall benefit of science and the good of The Rockefeller University as whole. While the members of this Group report to various labs and departments across the campus, they share a common affinity for the rapidly advancing field of Bioinformatics. To this end, the group meets monthly to discuss advancements in the field, invites guest speakers with relevant expertise, and is collectively available to discuss Bioinformatics related problems and to formulate strategies.
