CCTS Research Bioinformatics group at Rockefeller University is located on the second floor of the Hospital Building. We provide consultation and training on various bioinformatics topics, including genomic data submission, experimental design, and data visualization. We also support data and PATHway analysis for studies employing RNAseq, CHIPseq , shRNAseq, microarray, and SNP array. Our research interests are in the areas of ontology-backed human phenotyping databases, omics data analysis, and evaluation of the clinical impact of novel mutations
