Cameron Coffran

RESEARCH INTERESTS
Cameron’s research interests are rooted in informatics based approaches aimed at understanding biological and clinical questions. He has collaborated on publications in the areas of combinatorial fusion for the purposes of microarray analysis, genome-to-disease interaction mapping, and visual sensory cognition. As a member of the Biomedical Informatics Department of the Center for Clinical and Translational Science, he develops web based tools for biomedical research and maintains and expands the underlying electronic infastructure and integrity of the Hospital’s data.
