RESEARCH AND EDUCATION<\/b><\/p>\n

Yupu Liang rejoined Rockefeller University as Bioinformatician within Hospital Informatics. She has extensive experience on data analysis, data visualization and pipeline development. Her expertise is on copy number analysis, RNAseq analysis and small RNA profiling.Her current research interests are in machine learning, data mining, and cloud based computing.
\nYupu has a B.S in biochemistry and M.S, M.Phil and Ph.D in computer science.<\/p>\n
