You need to download the client side software from\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/You need to download the client under http:\/\/genespring-support.com\/download\/installers\">from here<\/a>\u00a0and then just follow step 4 and 5 below.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>For those who have used CTSA&#8217;s Float Server before, we have changed the configuration on the server. Please following the steps below:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Go to &lt;GeneSpring Installation Directory&gt;bin\/license folder.<br \/>\n2. Take a copy of the license folder and place the copy in another location.<br \/>\n3. Go back to &lt;GeneSpring Installation Directory&gt;bin\/license folder and delete the all the files present inside the license folder.<br \/>\n4. Launch GeneSpring.<br \/>\n5. Select the License Type as \u201cShared license from server\u201d in the license activation window and provide the new license server address.
