Siddhartha Mitra is a Scientific Programmer in the Hospital Informatics group. He has experience in analysis of large biological data sets including time series analysis, and in creating web applications for using the Python Django and J2EE framework. His current research interests are in providing web-based solutions for researchers in the area of phenotype to genotype mapping, which is a part of translational medicine.
